Hello I'm Kenady!!! Welcome to my blog.  God has laid it on my heart to be a blogger and I guess it might be because I have a lot of things to say.  I am a talker and I'm passionate.  So, why not start a blog and talk about all the things I'm passionate about.  So, to get started, I'll tell you somethings about myself that might help you get to know me a little bit better.  Okay, I am a freshman at Dallas Baptist University.  This first semester has been crazy, but fun.  That being said, I have learned a lot.  I am an only child and am really, really close to my parents.  We talk about everything...I even talk to my dad about boys!! Lol.  That makes being far from home hard. I am also really involved at my home church...well I guess I used to be and so that it makes finding a new church really hard.  Even though, Dallas Baptist is only 45 minutes away from home.

Therefore, God has been teaching me lots of great things.  For example, how to live with people I don't know, and how to find a church on my own, and how to make new friends the right way.  My mind is growing and changing and developing into the mind that God wants me to have.  What's it say in Romans again?  "To be transformed by the renewing of your minds" Romans 12: 2.  That verse has really encouraged me to keep up with this college experience.  It must be important to learn and change you thinking, if it transforms you. Right?  Anyway, so I will share with you all the things I'm learning on this blog.

I almost forgot.  I love music; I am a music business major at Dallas Baptist and songwriting is one of my passions. So, if I ever post a link my sound cloud that's why, because I often write songs about issues that I'm going through or a situation I am experiencing.

Oh! one more thing!!! The name of the blog is inspired by the song by Hillsong United "Oceans."  The Lyrics go "Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders/let me walk upon the waters/wherever you would call me/take me deeper than my feet could ever wander/where my faith could be made stronger/In the presence of my savior." I chose this as my title, because for a stubborn girl like me, trusting God is hard and so he has consistently teaching me to trust him more especially this semester.  So, to have a trust without borders, has been my prayer this semester.:)

So, I hope you enjoy my blog, please let me know if you have any suggestions about what you would like me to include in my blog or if you have a blog that you would like me to read.
